Jazz in the Park

Pack a picnic and a bottle of wine, and claim some lawn space in downtown’s Cathedral Square Park for Thursday evenings of outdoor music. Or get your fixings at the park, where food and beverage vendors from local restaurants serve up everything from glasses of wine to kabobs, sushi, burgers and pizza. Jazz performers from around the country set the mood for a splendid summer evening spent outdoors as they play lively sets from a grand stage on the south side of the park.
